Series
Fabric of Time
Collaboration with Elena Gladkih, 1968 - 2010, "Faces", 1991, canvas, oil
(draft version), 40*50 cm, abstraction

The painting has become a kind of letter-conversation with a close person who has passed away. It carries thoughts about loss, memories, unanswered questions, and unfinished stories.

This work is an attempt to continue the dialogue that will no longer happen, through colors, textures, and presence.

It also includes elements of the artist's sister's previous work from 1991, titled "Faces".

All the pain and warmth of memories intertwine here, like threads connecting times, and at the same time forming something new.
